  1. Reblogged this on Love, Sex & Other Dirty Words and commented:
I’m not a fan of Robin Hood, the series, but I like some of the pictures I’ve seen of Guy of Gisborne, a character who has birthed many a fanfic, and even published novels. I also love artwork inspired by the character, and this happens to be one of my favorite screen caps. And now, this is one of my favorite pieces, too!

    • Yes, it’s amazing how much creativity the character of Guy of Gisborne has generated! I’m glad you like artwork featuring him because there’s plenty to come from me. He was a sort of ‘muse’ of mine for a few years.
I really liked the scene from which the screen-cap came. I believe it was a favourite scene over at Richard Armitage Central too. (Not sure if they still go by that name these days.)
Thank you very much for re-blogging!

    • Hi Morrighansmuse, thank you for looking and thanks so much for your comments.
Oops, I don’t think I did put that this painting was a traditional piece, painted with watercolour pencils and acrylic paints on paper.
I do digital artwork as well, and hope to upload some examples in the not-too-distant future.
